Policies
FAULTY GOODS/GUARANTEE
Faulty goods must be reported to us before they are worn, modified or used.
If there is any problems with the goods you recieve, please notify us by sending us a message. It's helpful if you can provide us with a photograph of any problems.
CANCELATIONS
If you cancel your order after goods have been delivered you must return the goods within 14 days complete with the ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKING.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, but if on inspection we find the goods to be faulty we will exchange it or a full refund will be processed including delivery cost's by the method you used for payment.
REFUNDS
We will not refund any goods that have been WORN, USED, MODIFIED OR SWATCHED. Items with a hygiene seal must be returned with packaging/seal intact (or we will not provide a refund) This is for hygiene reasons there will be no exceptions.
